Returns and Refunds
You may, at your own expense, return our products within 30 days after the date of delivery, subject to the provisions of this clause 6.
In order to be eligible for a refund, the returned products must be in resaleable condition.
If the returned products are returned ‘as new’, i.e. undamaged and unused, you will be entitled to be refunded the purchase price in full.
If the returned products are damaged in any way, we will refund 80% of the purchase price.
This clause 6 takes precedence over clause 8 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale. In all other respects, our Terms and Conditions of Sale continue to apply.
