What happens when my item arrives?
Your Forma-Stor™ will arrive on a flatbed lorry. It will be packed in a single stack with access to the forklift pockets for offloading. Alternatively, the stack can be broken down into individual panels and lifted off if there are sufficient resources to safely do so.
Can I amend my delivery date or address?
Please contact us using 023 9238 0280 as soon as possible for any changes to booked dates or addresses; there may be a revised cost for alternative addresses.
What do I do if my delivery hasn’t arrived?
Please contact us on 023 9238 0280 if you have not heard anything from the driver.
Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?
We do need an authorised signatory to be on site to ensure the goods are delivered to the correct location and in good condition.
Can I specify a delivery date when ordering?
Please do state any preferred date, and we will do our best to accommodate this.
Where can I find my order tracking number?
We don’t currently offer tracking on Forma-Stor™ deliveries. Please contact us for updates on your order using 023 9238 0280.
Are there delivery restrictions?
We need you to confirm any specific access restrictions that might impede on safe delivery of your Forma-Stor™. We need a safe access route to the delivery location, and you will need room to offload.
What do I do if an item develops a fault after 30 days?
Please contact us on 023 9238 0280. Send some photos of the issue if possible.
What happens if my items are delivered damaged or incorrect?
Please take photos of the damage if possible and safe to do so; call us while the driver is still on site as it may be best to refuse the delivery.
How can I refund my item?
Please contact us on 023 9238 0280 if goods are not suitable; there will normally be costs associated with returns.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received the item back in new condition, we will arrange for credit to be issued.
What should I do if I have received the wrong item?
Please contact us immediately using 023 9238 0280, preferably before the goods are offloaded.
Can I purchase extra panels for my Forma-Stor™?
Yes, we stock replacement panels.
What comes as standard?
1 floor panel, 3 side panels, 1 door panel, 1 roof panel and a fixings kit.

Can I buy a fixing kit if I lose any of the fixings?
Yes, you can buy a universal fixing kit.

Can I have my item pre-assembled?
Yes, at an extra cost.
Is the hole in the wall panel of my item normal?
Yes, this hole has been pre-drilled for the easy installation of the lighting kit.
How can I move my Forma-Stor™?
When flat packed: when the Forma-stor™ is still in it’s flattened pack, it can be forklifted around using a forklift truck or telehandler.
When assembled: you can equally use the forks, or alternatively, the unit can be lifted using the crane lifting eyes — only when empty!
Is the Forma-stor™ unit ventilated?
Yes, it has louvres punched to allow for natural ventilation.
How many shelves can I fit in my Forma-Stor™ Tool/COSHH™?
FR100T, FR100C, FR200T, FR200C, FR300T, FR400T = 5 shelves on the end panel.
FR400C, FR300C, = 10 shelves, 5 on each side panel.
